On this episode, Lisa Gomez Osborn is back to talk about the internal character capacity of adulthood. We talk about the four main "stances" that we discuss in our coaching practices - child stance, adolescent stance, parental stance, and adult stance. The goal is always to get to an adult stance, where we can have mutuality with others instead of being "one down" (in child or adolescent stance) or being "one up" (in parent stance.) Then, we talk about the types of data our anger can tell us about the stance we are in, and how it can help us move to an adult stance.
