As I’ve been on this journey of making friends with anger, one thing I’ve discovered when I allow myself to be curious is that the feeling of anger is often the tip of the iceberg - it is the part that I can immediately see, but there is much more below the surface.
For this episode, my friend Mark Brown joins me to talk about this concept of the "anger iceberg" and how we can see below the surface to know what is actually going on in a situation beyond just the anger. Which then allows us to have a better connection with ourselves and others.
